1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, username, age confirmation, and preferences you set during signup.
• Content: profile photos and snaps you upload. Private snaps are deleted from our systems after viewing per our retention schedule.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics used for security and product improvement.
• Approximate location: used solely to show you nearby members. Precise GPS data is never stored.

2. How we use it

To operate matching and messaging, verify photos, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline. Disabling necessary cookies will prevent login from working.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers that host and secure our infrastructure under contract, or when required by law. Your profile is visible only to other logged-in adult members — never to search engines.

5. Retention and deletion

Viewed private snaps are purged automatically. If you delete your account, profile data and chats are removed permanently within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal reasons.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time via account settings or by writing to us through the contact page. EU/UK residents additionally have rights under the GDPR; California residents under the CCPA.

7. Age policy

SnapFuck is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and permanently ban accounts that misrepresent age.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect.
