1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By creating an account you confirm both. Accounts of users who misrepresent their age are terminated permanently.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials private and your profile honest: photos must be of you and recent. One account per person. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login.

3. Acceptable behavior

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
• No commercial solicitation, escorting, or advertising of paid services.
• No sharing of other members' photos, chats, or personal details outside the platform.
• No content involving minors in any form — reported to authorities without exception.
• No spam, scraping, automation, or attempts to bypass security measures.

4. Content and license

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant SnapFuck a limited license to host and display it to other members as part of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Core features are free. Optional premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in account settings; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to the law of your place of residence.

6. Disclaimer

SnapFuck provides an introduction platform, not a guarantee of dates or outcomes. Members are responsible for their own interactions, online and offline. Always follow our safety guidelines.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
